Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

4 Fresh Trimmed & Ready® Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce

4 lettuce leaves

4 Kaiser rolls, split and lightly toasted

Buffalo-style means hot and spicy. Blue cheese dressing means cool and creamy. Experience both between a Kaiser roll and Trimmed & Ready® chicken for a tasty and fulfilling sandwich.

Directions

1. Place 3 tablespoons dressing in shallow dish or pie plate; reserve remaining dressing for sandwiches. Coat chicken lightly with dressing; dip in flour to coat.

2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add flour dusted chicken to skillet. Cook, turning to brown evenly, 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F). Remove skillet from heat. Remove chicken from skillet. Drain butter from skillet except for 1 tablespoon; add hot pepper sauce and stir to mix with butter. Return to heat. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cook chicken 1 to 2 minutes per side to set pepper sauce mixture.

3. Serve chicken on toasted buns with lettuce. Top with remaining blue cheese dressing.
