Crispy Cheddar Chicken and Pear Grill
Ingredients
12 ounces Crispy Chicken Strips
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 slices whole wheat bread
8 slices cheddar cheese, deli slices
1/2 cup pear, canned, rough chopped
Directions
1. Prepare Crispy Strips according to package directions.
2. Spread 1/2 T. mayonnaise on each slice of bread. On 4 slices of bread, top mayonnaise with a slice of cheddar cheese, Crispy Chicken Strips, chopped pears, another slice of cheddar cheese and top with remaining slice of bread.
3. Lightly spray grill with pan spray, place sandwich on grill, close cover and cook for 3 minutes or until sandwiches are golden and cheese is melted. If you do not have a grill with a cover, flip sandwiches for additional 3 minutes, and apply pressure to sandwich to condense.
