Sesame Chicken Bites
Ingredients
1/2 bag Premium Selects Grilled Chicken Nuggets
Nori rice seasoning to taste (garnish)
2 tablespoon tahini paste
2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce, divided
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 package ramen-style noodles (3 ounces)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
1. Combine the chicken, paste, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, corn syrup and salt in a mixing bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and heat according to package instructions.
2. While the chicken is heating, cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain and chill them in an ice water bath. Be sure to drain well from the ice water and toss in a mixing bowl with sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, vinegar and sesame seeds. Pour onto a serving platter or bowl and top with hot chicken. Finish with a garnish of rice seasoning to your liking.
