Chicken Tostadas with Refried Beans
Ingredients
9 ounces , prepared according to package directions
2 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
¼ cup cilantro-lime crema or cilantro-lime salad dressing
1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, heated according to package directions
4 corn tostadas
1 cup (8 ounces) queso fresco or feta cheese, crumbled
Crunchy tostadas topped with refried beans, shredded cabbage, cilantro-lime crema, and Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fajita Chicken Breast Strips for a delicious, fast meal.
Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, toss coleslaw mix with crema or dressing until evenly coated.
2. Divide beans among tostadas and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle cheese over beans, then top with slaw and Grilled & Ready® Fajita Chicken Breast Strips. Serve.
