Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound Fresh Ground Chicken

½ cup flour

2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped

¼ teaspoon paprika

1 egg, beaten

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce

1 teaspoon sage

teaspoons salt

¾ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. In a shallow bowl combine the flour, parsley and paprika. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, panko bread crumbs, cayenne pepper sauce, sage, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.

3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dust patties on both sides with the flour mixture. Cook patties 6-8 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
