Chicken and Pasta Caesar Salad

Ingredients

1 package Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast

4 cups rotini pasta, dried

3 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3/4 cup garlic Parmesan croutons

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup low fat Caesar dressing

Tastes like a salad, fills you up like a meal. Add rotini pasta and Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast to the classic Caesar salad. The dressing provides the tanginess, while garlic Parmesan croutons provide the crunchiness.

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Rinse with cold water; drain again.

2. In a very large bowl combine cooked pasta, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and cheese. Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly to coat.

3. To serve, divide salad among serving plates. Top with Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast.
