2-Step Chicken and Mushroom Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
4 Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
Creamy, tasty mushroom soup is the first step in this easy recipe. The second is fresh, tender chicken.
Directions
1. Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium. Place chicken in skillet. Cook chicken about 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Add soup and water to skillet, mix to combine; cover and simmer until chicken is done (internal temp 170°F).
