Quick Zesty Chicken Pasta Pot
Ingredients
12 ounce Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
1 package rotini pasta
16 ounce frozen vegetable mix
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup low fat Caesar dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
It’s easy to fit an entire square meal into one pot with Grilled & Ready® chicken, pasta, vegetables, and tasty dressing.
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables while pasta is cooking for last 5 minutes of cook time; return to boil and cook until vegetables are fork tender. Drain pasta and vegetables and return to pan.
2. Add Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips and basil to pasta and vegetables; toss with dressing.
3. Mix well; cook until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
