Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients

4 Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

2 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoon onion powder

1-1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

Brown sugar adds a rich, caramel-sweet dimension to savory chicken, paprika and onion in less than 30 minutes.

Directions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine brown sugar and spices in a resealable plastic bag. Wash hands. Add chicken to bag, one piece at a time, shaking to coat. Transfer to plate. Spray on both sides with nonstick cooking spray. Wash hands.

2. Grill chicken, turning frequently to avoid burning brown sugar, 10 to 12 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 °F).
