Garlic Herb Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

1-1/2 pound Fresh Trimmed & Ready® Premium Chicken Breast Tenderloins

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Salt-Free Seasoning Blend

12 ounces frozen vegetable mix, thawed

1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked

Create a real feast of chicken, vegetables and rice, seasoned with a simple herb and spice mix.

Directions

1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 2 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and kitchen meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat reads 170°F.

2. Add Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Salt-Free Seasoning Blend, vegetables and broth and bring to a boil. Stir in rice.

3. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
